Return Policy  

At Anabia, we take great care to ensure every order is thoroughly inspected and thoughtfully packaged. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist with an exchange.  

Please note:  
- We do not offer refunds, only exchanges under certain circumstances where the item received is defective and proof of the defect is provided to us.  
- Exchanges are available for eligible items and must be requested within 3 days of receiving your order.  

Shipping Costs:  
- Customers are responsible for covering their own shipping costs for exchanges.  

- Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is granted (e.g., for an exchange item), the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
