Shipping Policy 

Please note that the shipping cost does not include VAT or customs charges for international orders. Any additional charges, such as customs duties or taxes, are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by us.  

International Orders: 
For tracked international orders, you can monitor your shipment online, receive delivery updates, and get confirmation upon delivery. The estimated delivery time is 4-5 working days. However, in cases of courier delays, please allow up to 7-12 working days after dispatch for your package to arrive.  

UK Orders: 
- Tracked 24: Includes online tracking, with delivery typically within 1-2 working days. 

- Tracked 48: Includes online tracking, with delivery typically within 2-3 working days.
